How many people are basically unemployable now? That number will only grow. <br /><br />It's facile to talk about "training" and "skilling" a great number of people whose so-called parents won't provide for them, and who (for all the howls of outrage this will provoke) are of lower inherited intelligence. <br /><br />A better education system will turn out fewer people with pointless degrees and more who can compete in a 21st-century economy, but what about those who are never going to catch up?
