Yes it helped those who got in on the scheme early, but at the long term cost of sustaining prices even higher than they otherwise would be.<br /><br />The only concern of the Conservatives is preventing housing from becoming cheaper. They just won't admit so. And it's primarily credit, lower rates, longer term mortgages and inheritances that are driving prices upwards, not a supply shortage.
