Exposing the ludicrous story about old folk liking a tipple:

I agree wholeheartedly with Mr Green's first paragraph but the second paragraph is poor. Does he not realise it does not matter how much you drink, wether you are above or below the arbitrary limits is irrelevant to the rent seekers and referring to them only lends them credibility.
